We understand that occasionally, a selection may not be the perfect fit. Should you find yourself needing assistance with a return, we are here to guide you through the process with grace and ease.
How to Begin
To ensure your request is handled with the personalized attention it deserves, please reach out to our concierge team at info@downtherabbitholetoys.com. We kindly ask that you contact us first to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that we are unable to process any returns that arrive without this prior authorization.
Should you receive an item that is defective, we are committed to making it right immediately, whether through a seamless replacement or a credit to your account.
Our Standards of Care
To maintain the highest level of hygiene, safety, and quality for all of our guests, we are unable to accept returns on the following items. We appreciate your understanding in upholding these standards:
- Intimate Items: For health and safety reasons, any merchandise that has been used or opened cannot be returned.
- Apparel & Accessories: This includes all lingerie, latex pieces, and costumes.
- Discreet Essentials: Items such as personal lubricants, topicals, contraceptives, and any edible products.
- Original Presentation: Products must be returned in their pristine, original manufacturer’s packaging. We cannot accept items that have damaged packaging or are missing any original components, manuals, or accessories.
